MindUP consists of 15 lessons that are tailored to a child’s age group and developmental level. MindUp helps educators support children to develop the mental fitness to build a happier, healthier and more balanced life. MindUP is a family of social, emotional, and attentional self-regulating strategies and skills developed for pre-kindergarten through eighth grade to cultivate wellbeing and emotional balance. MindUp is an evidence-based program that is an easy to implement tool.
